Returns & replacements

At Auvé, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read the information below to understand how we handle returns, refunds and exchanges in line with UK consumer law.

 

1. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please email us at enquiries@aspyregroup.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos, and our team will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

 

2. Change-of-Mind Returns (14-Day Cancellation Right)

For online purchases, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, as outlined in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, simply notify us by email within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

Hygiene & Safety Exemption – Beauty Products

Because Auvé products are used on the hair and scalp, we follow strict hygiene standards.

We cannot accept returns of any product that has been:

  • opened

  • unsealed

  • used

…unless it is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Unopened and unused items can be returned within the 14-day cancellation window.

 

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage.

  • For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, Auvé covers the cost of return shipping or offers a free replacement.

 

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm by email and process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

 

5. How to Start a Return

Please email enquiries@aspyregroup.co.uk with:

  • your full name

  • order number

  • reason for return

  • photos (if applicable)
