We currently ship to customers within the United Kingdom.

All orders are shipped from our UK base. Delivery times and prices are shown below.

Processing times

• Order processing: 1 business day

• Orders placed Monday–Friday before 1pm are usually dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

UK delivery options

At checkout, you’ll be able to choose from the following options:

• Standard Shipping – £2.99
  Delivery in 2–3 business days after dispatch.

• Express Shipping – £3.99
  Delivery in 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. During busy periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, severe weather), delivery may take a little longer.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.

• Orders sent via tracked services will include a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

Missed deliveries & address issues

Please make sure your name, delivery address and postcode are entered correctly at checkout.

• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may need to charge an additional shipping fee to resend it.

• If your parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbours or your local delivery office first. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the packaging and product

We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

International shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
We’re working on expanding our delivery options as we grow Auvé.
