Welcome to Auvé Beauty. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (auve.co.uk) and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.

  • Not attempt to copy, reproduce, or misuse any content without permission

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders where fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity is detected.

 

3. Product Information

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, ingredients, and pricing are accurate.

However:

  • Natural cosmetic oils may vary slightly in colour or scent

  • Packaging may differ from images shown

  • You should perform a patch test before first use if you have sensitive skin or allergies

  • Product results may vary between individuals

For specific product questions, please contact us before making a purchase.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices on auve.co.uk are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

We may update prices, promotions, and availability at any time without notice.

We accept secure online payments via:

  • Credit/debit cards

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (where available)

  • Other WooCommerce-supported gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

 

5. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.

Orders placed:

  • Before 1pm (Mon–Fri) → usually dispatched the same day

  • After 1pm or on weekends/bank holidays → dispatched the next business day

If we cannot fulfil part or all of your order (e.g., due to damaged or missing stock), we will contact you to offer a replacement or refund.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to United Kingdom addresses only.

 

UK Delivery Options

You can choose from the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping – £2.99
    Delivery in 2–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping – £3.99
    Delivery in 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons, postal strikes, or severe weather.

 

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address details

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

  • Unclaimed parcels

…we may charge an additional delivery fee to resend it.

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier to the address you provided, it is considered successfully delivered.

 

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of beauty and personal-care products, we can only accept returns if the item is:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

 

8. Cancellations

Under UK consumer law, customers may cancel most online orders within 14 days.
However, this does not apply to sealed cosmetic products that have been opened.

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, contact us immediately.
If your order has already been dispatched, you must return the unopened item for a refund.

 

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We collect only the data necessary to:

  • Process your orders

  • Provide customer service

  • Improve our website

  • Send marketing emails (only if you opt in)
